Harvest Cyser was created in the tradition of a hard British cider,
with a twist, of course. By fermenting the apple cider with
honey Medovina is able to produce a beverage that tastes much
like a hard cider, but instead of the usual 6% - 7% alcohol we
feature 13.5%. This adds the dimension of a big wine.
It is, however, light in mouthfeel and has a crisp, tart and refreshing
green apple flavor. The finish is dry to off dry and clean
as a whistle.
